About Storey Interiors

Hello, I'm Becky, founder and designer behind Storey Interiors.

I believe our surroundings have a profound influence on how we live, feel and interact with the world around us. The spaces we inhabit should support our needs, adapt as our lives change and reflect who we are, enriching our everyday lives along the way. For me, this means thoughtfully combining materials, functionality and aesthetics, with a genuine understanding of the people who use each space.

With over a decade of experience across residential and commercial interiors, I've seen how easily accessibility and wellbeing can be overlooked. I founded Storey Interiors in 2022 to challenge this and champion a more considered and inclusive approach to interior design.

My approach considers the bigger picture, from designing inclusive, adaptable spaces to the materials we bring into our homes, the natural light we experience and the sensory qualities that shape how we feel. These details all contribute to creating healthier, more supportive environments.

Through my consultancy work, I support designers and professionals to look beyond minimum requirements and consider how inclusive design can strengthen their projects, improve the experience of the people using a space and open their work up to a wider audience.
